well i have the carriers for my g60 upgrade and looking for pads now then disks next month. if you could advice me which are best and which you would go for due to cost;

Tarox fast road- £51.82

Mintex xtreme- £40.50

Ferodo DS2000- £62.96

Ferodo DS2500- £80.64

Black diamond predator- £53.00

These are all prices for the corrado g60, these are the correct pads i presume??

They also do the mintex xtreme pads for the lupo rear at £31.50, that sounds like a bargain to me!

If your just using the G60 carriers than you can still use the standard GTi pads.

I'm not even sure the G60 pads will fit?? because theyre thicker.

I would go for DS2500 pads.

High performance fluid and braided brake lines will make a massive difference to!!

does anyone know if the g60 pads fit into the gti calliper?? surely they should do??

i dont think i can push to the ds2500 pads.

i think i will be getting the mintex xtreme for the back and might match them at the front.

any more opinions?

Just to bump this - you've probably already decided though!

The Mintex Xtremes are well regarded by your VAG cousins on Briskoda :)

I run DS2500s up front on the Fabia at the moment and can't fault them. There's no denying, they're pricey though. For a combination of good value for money and performance, go with the Mintex.

HTH,

Steve
