Joe
Depending on conidtion they can from £500 - £1000, if you include all the heated looms and switches you'll get more aswell

gti-dan
can you buy the lot from vw dealers?
db
You can but it takes ages for vw to work out what the part numbers are as they're not easy to look into. Once you've got the numbers i can't imagine it would be much of a problem to order them as vw keep stock of everything, but if as Rich said it's a nightmare to rip out, then i can't imagine it being very easy vice versa. That said it's WELL worth the effort, there's nothing like heated seats on a frosty morning!
Rich
lupo looms work differently to that of golf mk3's which I'm used to, golf's were plug and play into the back of a fuse box. the lupo has a fuse box by name only. all wires are taped into the back of it and there's no plugs, they go directly in. tbh if you wanted them heated, an aftermarket kit wired to an ignition live would be the best bet. as for leathers, second hand they cost that much I'd just get a retrim.
