vworks41
Easiest way to find out what it could be is just take it to garage and get them to plug it into a fault finder.

SC02 FFF
a throttle body is a part of the air intake system that controls the amount of air flowing in the engineit is usually located between the air filter box and the intake manifoldi think :

EaRNi!
sounds similar to what happened on my 106, there is a filter somewhere. it was full of carbon, cleaned it out and it was like driving a new car!
SC02 FFF
have you flushed the engine, change oil filter and oil run it round for along drive and check spark plugs yet? Also i dont want to patrinise you in anway but, how often do you drive the car and how long for, you would want to be driving a minimum of like 3miles just to be nice to your engine, small trips and lots of them will play its tollThanks andyAs soon asyou get it sorted youll be so chuffed with the performance i bet style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> Edited July 7, 2007 by Scoff
