Tigz™ Posted November 28, 2006 Report Share Posted November 28, 2006 That light came one with my 1.0 Lupo when the car was 6 months old.VWs advice was to bring it straight in and they replaced the lambda probe.I believe there is lots of reasons why the light can come on though, best getting it plugged into a VAG computer. Enigma Posted November 29, 2006 Report Share Posted November 29, 2006 (edited) Will be ya lambda probe Id imagine though was also some valve in the exhasut one time on mine. lambda probe a common problem apparently mines been fixed for that probe at least 4 times but seems to be sorted now. eXXXtreme arosa Posted November 29, 2006 Report Share Posted November 29, 2006 wet ht leads brought mine on give them a swirt of wd40 and a good lean. mine wasnt firing on cylinder three and ran like ***** but cud be woth a look and save u VW/Seat labour charges. my local garage did my diagnositcs for a fraction of the price. mines a sport too.awesome cars!
