The pedal box is away AGAIN so im gettin it replaced rather than welded this time. Any way back on topin what should i do for a winter service. plugs where done not long ago was thinking Oil,filter,coolent(anti freeze),and maybe break fluid,? Cliveski Posted November 30, 2005 Report Share Posted November 30, 2005 I wouldn't change anything unless you had to / it was due . . . just check your levels, battery condition, coolant condition and ensure your squirty is topped up with good strength stuff. stevewp Posted November 30, 2005 Report Share Posted November 30, 2005 (edited) Just about to replace the plugs and leads, and have suspicions about battery condition too, but that's it for now.More importantly, I need to change the rad on the Passat this weekend. It's had a slight leak for ages, but I can't see it suffering the constant freezing we're going through at the moment.
