It isn’t, but has kept the car dry yesterday when it rained quite heavily in the afternoon. Item number 404855125625 smallest size, fit is pretty good. We had "knock-your-bins-over" strength wind on Thursday and sadly this ripped loose of it's straps so I have returned it. Will let you know what I end up with!
