  1. My rear drivers side light is not working but when the keys are out and the indicator is up I works Checked every thing couldn't find any thing wrong anyone have any ideas Thanks leighton Sorry for lack of punctuation !
  2. Just bought myself a little 03 plate gti which I love! Having some intermittent problems with the lights. Somtimes when I turn the sidelights or headlights on, the passenger sidelights and rear lights do not come on. and sometimes i can switcht them off and on again, they come back on but then sometimes they dont!! have checked both fuses and they are fine. any common faults? I have also a problem with my indicators on the passenger side, where sometimes when the pull the indicator for the left hand turn signal, it will not work unless i pull it a little bit down (almost like the connection is not being made, but again like the other fault, it will sometimes work perfectly!!! Both faults could be linked?? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Rob
  3. Can you de-tango the standard lupo rear light or is it only cambridge lights you can do it to?
  4. Hi Everyone i have a 1.4 lupo with the standard headlights. Just wanted to know how to tint the inside of them, ive seen it on a few peoples posts how they have sprayed the inside of them black. makes it look a little more stealthy. Would be grateful if someone could tell me the step by step of how they managed to do this take lights out, get them apart, etc.. Thanks
  5. Hi all just put my lupo rear lights in. just wondering if someone who has done this previously could help, i was wondering how to wire it so that it has the duel fog and duel reversing light set up. i know i have to take the fog and reversing cable from the other side presumably with the addition of two more cables but what do i do with the earths as the arosa wiring has 2 earths on each side. then would i just additional cables for the fog and reversing light in the same terminal of connector? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
  6. Hi, Today i noticed my Battery light on my dash didnt go out after i had started it, also after some time the ABS light came on as well, i turn the headlights off (as it stopped raining) and both lights went out. A short time after the battery light came on and continued to flash on and off for the rest of the drive back home. I also noticed that the car continued to idle over 1100 rpm even after it was warm.. which i though was unsual. Its a 2005 Lupo GTi, any ideas if this indicates issues? Thank Guys
  7. Hi, drove the motor into the back of a removal truck the other day and as you might expect, they're pretty solid I need: bonnet, both wings, bumper, grill, both headlights and indicators, slam panel and a radiator If anyone has any of these parts, preferably in flash red (but will consider others as a good price), then I will be very interested! Thanks, Daniel.
