yeah, it's all good. About time too! I'm just looking forward to the new jailbreak though!

I am absolutely loving my 3GS, happy with the quality of the camera, performed better than expected in low lighting. Video is really decent as well. recently bought the navigon app so it's a full on sat-nav as well! Also, you can tether without a jailbreak just by changing some settings. Obvs you can't go crazy on the bandwith, but it does the job!

the Eizo Coloredge CG22something is amazing, I was blown away when I first had a play on one, mega bucks though. I've also used a LaCie 324 iirc for a few hours and they are almost as good as the Eizo, I couldn't tell the difference to be honest. As for the video grading issue; top end monitors are only really developed for still images, so have relativley slow response times (16ms for the Eizo...) Mot of my mates have a high end consumer LCD then a pro CRT hooked up for video editing/production. Eye-one display 2 is supposed to be one of the best calibration kits so I've heard by the way Hope that helps What do you do by the way? Ben

The only issue I have when using dual screens (through the mini display port adapter) is if you leave it connected and put the mac to sleep (closing the lid) when it wakes it's just frozen, only seems to happen sometimes. It's happened with an external HD as well

I got the new 13" unibody a few months ago now (top spec!), and never looked back or needed windows once. Found OSX really easy to get used to. I sometimes wonder if I should have got a 15" pro, just eh bigger screen but apart from that I'm well happy with it. It seems you can't buy the normal 13" anymore, has to be as pro...

You can tether the 3g one with an app, and it's free. I'm assuming you won't be able to do this on the 3gs then, if so; I'm getting the old one!!!

Yep, that will all work fine. You might want to get another ram module so you can get dual channel which should make a lot of difference with multithreaded apps. If you are going to be using Photoshop, maybe consider in a graphics card, even a cheap dedicated one will be better than the onboard mobo

Mines been faultless, love it! Did you follow the instructions on installing? Plug it in first, then run the drivers CD. That's all I did, I'm on Vista.

I got one of these the other day too. Great bit of kit, just need to get used to it. The zoom bit is a touch pad, the stylus won't work on it!
