  1. No worries Luke! probably see you again some time soon! Don't park that toyoto on my car park next time lol.
  2. Not a problem Vinny! Was good to see you again! Lovely photos James ! Came out really well! No problem! We do aim to please! Glad I managed to sort out your headlight problem too! Can't have you going round blinding everyone! They should come out OK Ed, The workshop is relatively camera friendly!
  3. Bigger pipes are not neccesarily better. The standard turbo on the AMF engine is absolutely miniscule and will struggle to fill a much bigger diameter pipe resulting in nothing but more lag and a bigger pressure drop!
  4. No worries Gavin! Did you figure out what that odd clicking noise was coming from your engine?
  5. No worries Iain! Good to see you! I'm not entirely sure why but the Seat 2.0TDI 140's always seem give the best figures. The standard A3's tend to run bang on 140, with the Golfs coming in at around 150. Thanks James! Thanks Gary! Was good to see that you got the figure we'd both hoped for! The car pulled really well on the road test It's a credit to you! Thanks mate Yeah, I'm a health and safety hazard in that place! Plus I don't have the years of practice in break dancing you've got lol! No worries Katie! Was good to meet you! Probably see you again at one of the Peak Vag meets later on in the year or early next year! Good to see you again Ed! Great result on the rollers for a well looked after completely standard engine!
  6. I can fit you in after the two porsches. I wanted to run the Porsche's first to get them out of the way and over and done with. Good stuff Mitch!
  7. Bump!! Could do with getting everyone here by around 9.00am to 9.15am if you are running on the rollers! Cheers, AL.
  8. That should be fine mate There's one or two 'non club lupo' people asked to be plopped onto the end of the runs. I imagine the lupo lot will be done by 2pm-2.30pm. Depends if we get any extra 'Pay on the Day' people turning up

    BBS RX2 :/

Yep, You'll need to buy different bolts to fit the alloys anyway. Double check with a Polo GTI owner on the spec of the Polo GTI wheel bolts, then add an extra 10mm/15mm respectively to the length of the threaded section and Job Done!

    BBS RX2 :/

Yes, 10mm spacers will drop it down to an ET35 which should be fine on a Lupo. However it may be worth getting a 15mm spacer for the rear as it has been known for Lupos with drum brakes to have problems with spacers under 12mm ish.

    BBS RX2 :/

BBS RX2's were available in many fitments varying from ET25 through to ET52. A lot varies upon which car they were originally specified to. The RX2's which were specified on the Polo 6n2 GTI were an 6 x 15" ET45.

  13. Climbed from 8th position upto 3rd in the second Race Shame it was the last race of the season though
  14. Hmm, Nothing really suitable for children here to be honest Iain. Can supply you with a Big Cardboard box to use as a cage if that's any good though?
  15. Nope, No need to connect to the ECU. We only need a pickup from the Battery/Charge system + and earth to get the Rev pickup on it.
  16. A few more reasons why we use Ashley Performance for our lupo Manifolds!
  17. £244.31 inc VAT for the 'Cylinder Head Cover' as VW call it in the Red Finish! Not all that cheap!
  18. Give it a whirl, See if it fits! If it doesn't you'll have no problems getting hold of a Boss to fit! Just need to make sure you order a 6 bolt or 8 bolt hub as suited to the steering wheel!
  19. No tow eye Mitch? It's mostly at the rear where we need to strap the car down but it does always help if we can strap the front too.
