well not updated for a while but done a few bits and bobs, let me know what you all think, just fitted these soooo much nicer than standard and also fitted this not too loud and cad feel the differance bottom end and finally got these fitted at last cheers tim
  8. indeed the "s" does have a smaller size but the bmc should come with the plastic reducer rings which you need to use on the throttle body.

  12. err.... tim! lolused to have a 106 gti and a baby blue mini, if u used to go around ashford much.
  13. live up the road, we went to school together, and used to hang out all the time till bout 6 months ago, kinda just drifted apart lol. used to always fix his saxo!!
  14. indeedy, lol my mrs drives it most of the time cos i got a works van.
  15. alrite mate ur karls mate yeh??? modernlines ftw!. we need to start an ashford lupo group! lol
  16. nice one for passing! nothing like being on your own in the car for the first time! where u get your gator from??
  17. no its not a misfire, when you rest your foot on the throttle you can feel the pedal moving on its own almost like its on flyby wire but its cable operated??? what valve u mean mate?
  18. ok so the lupo has gradually been developing this problem, basicaly around 1-2k it is reall jerky if you hold the engine at 2k when stationary then the rev's will suddenly drop to say 1200 then back up again, throttle body is clean so im thinking throttle posistion sensor?? whats peoples opionions? cheers tim
  19. gotta be done rly, lol. only for throttle body cleanin purposes obviously!
  20. lol if u want it too sound good nick a pair of ur mums tights chuck the air box in the bin an put em over the throttle body! thn it wil growl!
  21. imo there is no way a pannel filter can increase noise. its exactly the same air box with a differant element.
  22. think your getting confused betweed a pannel filter and a induction kit. a pannel filter is just a replacement element in the standard box= no more noise where as an induction kit you will get the noise when u boot it!
  23. sweet! thats quite impressive for the 75hp i defo want one now lol, i feel a trip to manchester coming on. so after these special ones how much we gonna be looking for the remap??
