no i think we were coming down from the a19 and you were going acroos the round about towards shiney . Car looked very clean though and you coulndt miss the rims , they looked like solid discs whilst turning . i would have been in the lupo but we used the sacraficial 106 to go to the pics, i aint risking my doors being damaged in there from fully excitable E numbered up kids trying to get out of their car in a hurry

i seen it about ten ish on the roundabout at herrington burn , think he is called gaz . i was in the gfs 106

i seen it about 11 am today in ryhope sunderland , blue lowered with black alloys on , also de badged on the front

i dont think many places would use genuine 316 stainless , its to expensive and heavy ,plus cold working of it isnt great . but there are better grades than what powerflow uses , to be fair though it does its job fine

and expect surface rust , they use a lower grade stainless steel , probably 416 or 304 grade

hopefully they should be delivered tomorrow so ill get some pics of them on the car

ive got these for the tdi , so far in only a few weeks of ownership im onto the 4th set of wheels , hopefully these should look spot on whil i get the turbines sorted out and looking good again.

i might be after one or two bits too , if your willing to split bits off it

i took out the drivers side eclectic window control today to find it only had one of the boards and plugs kind of half connected up . Now are these common to break , are they expensive to buy . ill buzz it out tomorrow morning to see if i have power going to the plugs , hopefully i have and its the switch that is fubbared i need to get them working on the drivers side so i can get the horrible tints off asap

its the first car ive owned where i can get my gym bag into the glove box , and the back seat multi tasks into a boot when i have to go shopping

you defiantly dont need a spacer on , i think youll need spigot rings on though . ive got them on mine but they could do with being re conned like that , they look stunning btw how much did it cost and where from , pm me if you dont want to put it on the boards

forgot to mention i have some RHs there too , with red centers , had to take them off after i trial fit as they had 50 profile tyres on and it rubbed on the front i have one or two pics ill put on later of them on atm they are on the 83 nova saloon but will be getting the centres resprayed and put on the golf btw the mark 1 when i picked it up and witin a few hours of being in the lock up

Mainly due to the fact im putting most of my money into the mk1 golf lol , tbh it doesnt seem that you have to do all that much to make it look pretty good , biggest outlay i can see is wheels and suspension and then its all little details after that.

some pics of how it looks at the moment , ive changed the wheels ( three times in one day ) sprayed the front badge , took off the rear one , ordered some german plain plates . tints need to come off , not keen on them, may also change the colour of the wheels yet , plus i have some polo bbs split rims i need to sort out . how i got it on fri and it need lowering more asap too

hello long story short i owned a puma racing but went and bought a mark 1 golf gti to basically build up , finances were getting stretched and the lure of other things has meant me selling up and getting myself a lupo tdi sport . tbh i wasnt expecting much from it , just thought it looked probably the coolest out of the band of cars i was interested in, but its not all that bad of a car , already changed a few things on it as i only got it on friday and some others are on order . So ill have pics up asap whent he gf loads them up . I know one or two people or their cars , Gemma , Kam and mickeys brown one .
