water must be getting in because the cable running to the boot light switch has a foam casing which is soaking wet. I noticed fri to I was having the same problem as alot of other people have been with the alarm going off every half hour which I think maybe related.

It's earthed directly to the battery so surely that's the best possible earth??

Im currently suffering from this boot light problem to but cant work out where the waters coming from as my washer hose is connected.

As title says my back washers are not working instead any fluid that is squirted comes from inside the back passenger wheel arch all over the floor, Im guessing a drain hole. Anyone else had this problem before? Cheers Jim.

The battery is in the boot so only needed to run a remote lead & phono leads down the length of the car which arnt opposite sides of car... Do you still think this could still be the problem??

Fitted a sub to my lupo and now get an interference noise through the sub which usually occurs on tick over and when operating the passenger window. any ideas?? Cheers jim
