Is your earth wire hooked onto anything thats been painted? or is it still on the boot latch?

I spent a bit of time trying to get my sub and amp all wired in and i have it all pretty much done. Except for one this. I long thin blue wire coming out of the amp? Seen them before but cant remember where the hell it does! Any help?

Has anyone got any pictures of where to feed the wire from the battery? Iv tried to follow the guide but don't think I'm doing it right

If you cant find one locally theres a few on ebay that are fairly cheap. You could even rent it out after your done

Mines a 1.4 and it does it to but without the whine as well. Not sure what the whine is all about but when i say the gear stick moves when i accelerate i mean it move like half a cm. I would say its normal tbh.

Put up a post a little while ago and mentioned that my car had been broken into but i havent had the time to replace the passenger side lock which has been smashed to bits by what i would assume was a screwdriver or something. What would i need to do to get a lock that matches my current key? Would i just need a lock with a different key just for that door? Cheers
