  1. I've just done this to my 1.4e. Bought the kit from r click. Wiring was pretty simple enough but the rods that go in the door to clamp onto the existing lock rod was really tricky!!! I had to bend the rods in about 10 different positions before I got them right because when the doorcards are on they wouldn't work!! Need any help send me a pm!
  2. Just finished putting remote central locking in my lupo. (Had manual Locking originally) Doors are all done and working lovely but have a couple of questions.. Where do I tap into the hazard lights so it flashes when I lock and unlock? And also where can I get 12v power from under the dash? I've just been testing by wiring a cable straight to the battery but surely there's an easier way?
  3. Haven't updated this in a while. Main reason I lost interest in larry last year is because the timing belt snapped a few teeth and in result i had a full top end engine rebuild... oh and then some dick in an uninsured vectra went straight into the side of me! Good news is I've had him all repaired and he's booked into the Bodyshop TODAY for a full respray in the same reflex silver. Have a couple bits to go on when he's back like a 90mm rear badge, JVC double din(still undecided) and still on the look out for some cambridge lights! Anyway he's a picture of him how he looks now before the respray! I have also fitted a small USB charger in the dash by modifying a small belkin USB adapter and modifying it to fit. Could post a how to if anyone's interested? Ill be floating around here more now because I have the lupo fever back!!!
  4. Gutted! I was outbid on the Cambridges by 49p! Haha
  5. Hi mate, did you get this done in the end? I'm really interested in buying this kit but don't know how much of a pain it will be to fit the actuators!!
  6. Hi everyone, does anybody know the name of these wheels? Would really help me out if i could name them! Thanks.
  7. Have never seen a lupo like this, looks pretty neat to be fair! That rear bench has made me so jel, would love to fit 3 people in the back because on road trips theres always one person that gets left behind haha!
  8. Thanks for the comments, the wheels were actually a spur of the moment thing, local garage offered me them with 4 good tyres for £60.. Couldnt say no really, and they can be decent winters
  9. Hi everyone, I've been registered here for a while now but haven't actually made any posts as to be honest (don't hate me) I didn't actually like lupos at all. I originally had a S reg peugeot 106 - rust on wheels, then went onto a S reg saxo - more rust on wheels... and then onto an 04 lupo.. At first glance i was thinking what's the point? I should get a polo really it's the bigger version? but a friend was selling it with some cosmetic damage, just needed TLC really and once i had drove it down the road i fell in love! Parted with the cash and have never looked back since! Really happy with it Probably going to start a members thread soon, to show everyone but then again i have seen many great cars on here! Heres a pic of my car at the moment if anyones interested? - Excuse the blackberry quality. Oh and before i forget anyone from the heathrow area ?
  10. Mine did this to me the other day. Turns out i ripped the cone and the sub would only output sound when i pushed in on the cone itself, just bought a new one in the end :/
