Hi Sounds to me like its your central locking motor in the passenger side door!!! My drivers side door does the same thing wont work with the button but opens manually with the key!! The part is about 80 quid from VW and I doubt you will be able to fit it yourself!! Its not a massive job though so a garage wont charge you too much for labour!!

Help! The front bit at the bottom of the bumper is not there anymore, there is a hook, looks like where you would tow it from? What is it called and where can i get another one from! I think it may have been stolen as I dont think it would have just fell off! Grrr! Also I have two Dunlop 205/45/15's for sale 50 quid for both very good condiditon!

Can I just say that after years of crashing my cars (most of which have not been my fault) and thanking BSM driving instructors who have hit me and blamed me! I am the insurance queen!!! I used to get quotes of over £2000 for my 1.0 litre lupo! ARE YOU HAVING A LAUGH ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES! I have found the cheapest company even cheaper than elephant to be Bell direct! Go on the web page and get a quote! All of my family and friends have it too! I found them to be the cheapest yet even if nobody has heard of them!
