Ive been running the cup kit for nearly 2 years now and the handling has been a great improvement! Starting to feel bumpy now and if you carry large chested passengers it can be quite funny over bumpy roads with the rebound! Have fun!

I have a similar problem mate, when I flash someone (be it they are fit and blonde or whether I am just being polite in traffic) my drivers side headlight seems to stick on main beam, I can turn it off again by flashing again but sometimes it takes more than one flash to clear it which can be annoying for oncoming traffic i'd imagine!

Thanks gents, I will pick up some NGK's on the way back from work tomorrow and take it from there. I may have had the creak for some time, its only when I have a problem with the car that I turn music off to listen and get paranoid aout creaks and rattles!!

Cheers Mike, They werent actually changed during the service as Midland VW deemed them in very good condition still! They actually showed me one too and it looked as good as new. I will take it back AGAIN tomorrow and see what the verdict is. Nothing wrong in 4 years ownership and spent £550 so far in the past month with servicing, brakes, mot, tyres etc etc. Lifes a Bitch ey!!

Hi Guys, As it is problem month for my lupo at the moment, can anyone give me an idea of what could be going wrong for me?? I had my 5th year service at Midland VW a few weeks back now, no problems to report so I drove away happy. A day or so later I developed a bad misfire which I guessed was a dodgy lead or plug as I had this on my previous polo. Took this back to Midland VW which they were more than happy to take a look at for me and it showed a lead had split. They in turn replaced the leads for me and all was fine for another week. I then started getting the eggy smell which concerned me about my catalyst! Had an mot last week which it passed no problem and emissions were also fine and the guy at the garage could not see a problem with the cat. Driving to work this morning the misfire has come back and is hesitating when accelerating quite badly, there is also a creaking noise coming from the back of the car! My first thoughts are that its the exhaust which is my latest problem but can anybody shed any light on it from previous experience?? I have a 52 plate 6 speed with 45k on the clock. Thank you!

Or does anyone know what size steelie to use to have the same rolling dim as a bathurst?? Thank you.....!

I think its about being in the right place at the right time too! I had 4k's worth of receipts for modifications and things that I had done to my old polo. When I sold it I got £400 more than I had paid for it 3 years earlier but reallistically I had to throw alot of money at it to get that figure! Luckily the guy that bought it wanted a ready made project without the high insurance (it was a 1.0L!)

It could of been mate but i couldnt make out if you had German plates on or not! I was in the BMW lane getting a wriggle on so didnt catch much of a glimpse! My car is filty too and looks more grey than silver at the mo so I would of gone by undetected!

I would agree with the Polo guys, too many rappers spending too much money on bentleys! i have bitten the bullet and bought a house which will be built by the end of January so my car fettling days are over (put on hold)!! I think my old man will be changing his A4 cab for the new TT next year though so I will hopefully have my name on company insurance for taking birds out! I havent seen 1 Gti for about 3 months then got 2 in 5 minutes! The raven Blue was parked outside the Golden Oriental in Gornal village and the Silver one I flashed at near the Dudley Arms pub but dont know if you clocked me or not?!
