New update, the Golf mk5 wiper has arrived just fitted it in the poring rain! Thats old and new wiperrs here's the new one fitted Looking much smoother!

Got some advice for you all! just putting the throttle down and spraying the carb cleaner in does barely anything! just take off the head and spray it all in directly has a much better effect~! also dont forget to do the inside bit of the piece you remove!

EGR valve removal and cleaning

been having this problem with my sport, an old man previously owned it and never put his foot down for 8 years, so when i did it made the light come out, i been cleaning the head of the air intake underneath the airfilter box, this turned the light off for about a week, but just put my foot down and its come back on i think it just flushed some more of the **** out so made the light come on again, i'll give it another clean see what happens! -
Aha was driving home today, my car steamed up massive when i put the heating on!? couldn' t see a thing, had to put hazards on to pull over! turned out that where the water gets in back of the engine bay, the filters were blocked and the large amount of rain we had today all built up, you can see here, This was full of water! and when i went around a corner it all went into the air blower heater intake, and all over the passenger footwell! Anyways, unblocked it and it leaked all over the flooor Dont know if anyone else has had this problem but it sucked bad!

Aha! nah, managed to make my yellow one look nice for next to nothing! see how it goes, finally sorted the whole engine thing out and its running so good

the what? aha Yeah thats why i wanted my bumpstrips off bad but one of my panels has had a spray:/ sucks to be me!

So i previously owned a 1.4 lupo S in yellow, loved it to bits, but sold it, had a few mods, lowered, debumpstripped, map, sprayed badges the usual, Enough about the old car, i got a dent in it from hitting someones backbox on a dualcarriageway! ): After selling this i bought the Green 1.4 sport! This is when i got it! Straight away had problems, engine management light came on, caused by loads of **** in the air intake, basically an old man owned this car for 8 years! and never put his foot down in it meaning that it slowly got clogged up and full of sh**t so i had to take off the EGR valve to clean up and intake head, this sorted things out Yes the engine was very dirty but it soon looked like this! (rocker cover was in the boot) Got a few little mods straight away like some white bulbs, had yellow ones in the old car, wasn't easy to see! and some of them aeroflats! Also the exhaust was completely black soon had it shining! My old car had no bumpstrips, it looked so much better, so thought it'd be good idea to take mine off the new sport, although hit problems straight away, it'd clearly been previously sprayed! ): This is currently how the car is looking, and the coilovers are ofcourse on order!, Thats all for now! i'll post soon on any updates! work in progress!

Love the car man, i just picked up a metallic green sport had a yellow 1.4s before this reminds me of my yellow one! need to get to work on mine, not keen on the purple but haters gonn' hate! nice work!
