i know man! i realised that the front shoulda gone lower once id already put my wheels back on and put everything away and couldnt be bothered with it! thinking about getting a chassis notch in the near future so that problem will be no more!

Hi there, I am considering buying a set of recaros from a mk4 golf but they are out of a 5 door! Apart from it being inconvenient for people getting in the back, is it an MOT failure, or anything like that, to have front seats that do not tilt forward?? I'm not too bothered about them not tilting as I generally don't have people in the back of my car because it's too low! If anyone knows about the MOT side of this or has 5 door recaros in their lupo then I'd love to know! Thanks a lot

adjusters and cups are out from the back and wound the fronts down another 20mm, just before my driveshafts start to foul on the chassis still doesnt look that low though!

the arch gap in that first pic looks so big but its not! thats just because when i put them on the handbrake was on so when i let the jack down the back sat higher than it should! it does sit lower than that trust me haha! but anyway, thats the lowest the adjusters go lol im tempted to see how it sits just on the cups but itll do for now

got my wheels on at long last!

just got my tyres fitted not a lot of stretch but still look a million times better than those balloons! now just got the other pair to spray up and theyll be on! keep you updated

invested in a machine polisher! heres the results from today pictures dont do it justice! will get some decent pictures next week with wheels on and god knows how, but i came back to my car the other day and someone had done this to the rear quarter!! .....................................................................................^^^^^^^^

well tyres are here at last! get them fitted monday, spray up the other two and then should be on by about wednesday fingers crossed! couple of new stickers

litterally take the back covers of the headlights and theres a clip which is hooked on 2 prongs,, all you have to do is unplug the bulb which just pulls out, then push/pinch the clip together and it will pop off the hooks! reverse to get the new ones in! but i must warn you, i had some nightbreakers expecting them to be bright white like HIDs and theyre not! hardly a noticable difference tbh!

coilovers are designed to be stiff man, theyre designed primarily for track use and not comfort!
