just had another timewaster come out of the woodwork luckily before he had come to see the car. luckily i had a viewer come and see the car from autotrader tonight and looks like they are buying it.

i don't ever see the point of these type of threads. everyone knows one whiff of the accelerator pedal and the celica would be gone, and the same with an s4. i mean any idiot can drive a modern car like an s4 fast.

i've had the car slag thing. when i had the mr2 turbo girls used to absolutley love it, on more than one occasion i was out in town on friday or saturday nights with the roof off and i had girls just ask if they could come for a ride.

my nano is great, not got any problems with it.

2.8 and 3.0 must go ok. ZM3 is meant to be good too. apparently handle like a bag of crap though.

i had an inspection done on the car when i bought it, it is honestly mint, never been in an accident, no panel gaps, etc etc. only 2 things wrong which are a tiny dink in the front wing from a trolley in a supermarket, and a scratch on the side of the rear bumper. i had the inspection done by a vw/audi specialist who have also just serviced it. tomorrow is the chelmsford meet so anyone who is there tomorrow will be able to verify that the car is absolutley mint bar the 2 bits i mentioned.

no there are no nasty surprises, i took a photo of the only 2 bits of the car which aren't 100% mint.

it wouldn't have been so bad if they had have said before they came that they were interested but just wanted to take a look and had other cars still to see. instead they insisted that they definitley wanted it, and then made a lame excuse as to why they didn't want it after they had seen it.

it was a bloke just registered as "peter."

got somebody from leeds who seems like a serious buyer, so hopefully something will happen on wednesday or thursday.

arghhhhhh, i hate timewasters/tyre kickers. somebody (off this forum) came to see my car today. they had already said that they definitley wanted the car and were gonna pay the asking price. they test drove it, looked round it, etc, then has a word with his mate and then says that he doesn't want leather and aircon. why the hell bother coming to see it in the first place if you could see in the advert it has leather and aircon? cheers for wasting half my day for no reason.

i am online now cos my car is being sold tomorrow and i don't wanna risk anything happening to it tonight, plus i've washed, waxed, hoovered, and pampered it today, so don't wanna get it dirty.
