I could not find an how to or the blanking plate

I need a blanking plate for my 1.0 auc engine anyone got picture as my mechinc is saying there is no such thing as blanking plates. I showed him one he said that will never fit.

No one can help my poor car is just sat there and not sure what to do

Is this possible my ald 38000 on clock engined seized after car was lifted and put in impound. When I went to get car out it would not start at all. Impound want proof it was running before they took it. The thing is it should not have been taken in the first place. I have been offered lots of auc engines the ald engines are very pricey what I could find. Please someone help newbie
