Hey, I'm looking at purchasing some pepperpots for the Lupo. It's 100% standard at the moment. I understand I need 4x100 to 5x100 adapters, but what spacing? Also, will I need to be fiddling about with the suspension or arches to get them to fit? Thanks!

Yeah, I had a 10 week waiting list for mine too! I took mine at 13.38, same reasoning for the 11am ones, nice and quiet! Good luck to jabbles too

Cheers, and good luck for yours! I found the test was a lot less daunting than I expected, though I'm lucky enough to have a test centre in my sleepy little town! Likewise, missed the pass mark by 2 first time, with full marks in the questions, though I only scraped the pass mark second time!

I passed my driving test today, muchly excited, been driving the Lupo about all afternoon for the hell of it! Motorways tomorrow me thinks!

Spoke to VW, mines going in on thursday, but they said its fine to drive it unless it misfires, or loses power

If thats the 1.0 I saw at Dubs At The Castle in Chepstow in september, the dude was trying to sell it on at the time... I was seriously tempted, those wheels...

Completely standard 1.0, I live down a farm track thats a bit bumpy, and the roads around here are in serious need of resurfacing after last winter, but still, the Lupo's got more ground clearance than my parents Volvo, and thats doing fine.

Are you sure? I'm having a similar issue, when I looked it up in the log book it said exhaust emission light... If its the same thing, VW said it was a loose probe in the exhaust, due to speed bumps/pot holes/curbs... Anyway, mines just come on for the second time so I'm heading back to VW to get it fixed...

Hey, the exhaust emissions warning light keeps coming up on the dash in my 1.0. It's the second time its happened now, the first time the VW Garage said it was loose and that something had knocked the exhaust. Parked the Loop on the curb the other day, and when I came back to the car the light was on, so guess it was just the force of getting onto the curb thats affected it. Anyone else had a similar issue, and found a fix?

Sad times, though I do love the C30, good replacement!

Hey, I'm a bit of a n00b when it comes to this sort of thing! I was just wondering if it was possible to paint the black plastic bits on the bottoms of the standard front and rear bumpers and the grill, to match body colour? How difficult would it be/approx cost? Cheers
