For sale i have a genuine VW boot spoiler. unsure of the actual part number but i can get it when i go home along with some pictures. its brand new in box and comes primed. only reason for sale is it wont fit my arosa it could probably be modified to fit but im too lazy for that. pictures to follow tomorrow. price im looking for around £40 but open to offers i will post at buyers cost or collection from cumbria. i could also deliver to edition on the saturday if i can manage to get there. thanks Craig

update... got my pressed plates last week and finally got them on. also with the front coilovers being seized iv never got round to fitting them so iv got a new set off adjuster rings being made up, so hopefully they will be ok then i can finally get the front low just a few pictures now. as the weathers been nice i decided to start detailing the rosssa so here how she is so far enjoy.

Ignition off, hold in the button on the dash,ignition on, let it out after a few seconds, turn it left then right and volla... Iirc

Another quick update. removed my door mouldings today love it even more now. just seriously need to sort my front coilovers out then i can get them fit and get it down a bit more. comments welcome

Yeh service intervals are every 10,000 or 12months whichever comes first but they do have a service light to let you know too.

Pedalbox, gearbox. There's two detailed threads on here full of the info you need on both of them, but as far as I know look out for the clutch pedal being higher than the brake and difficulty to select gears I believe that's signs of the pedal box going (don't hold me to that as mine hasn't went...yet) and as far as the gear box goes give it a good drive and listen for whining gears. Mine started to whine in 5th around 50mph+ then all gears started after a long drive. Cambelts are due every 40k or 4years whichever comes first. Hope this helps and good luck with your search.

Well the new screen is in and I can now see again. Sadly the weather turned just as I got home so no bath for the arosa today. Work has also started on a rear bumper I got hold of from the marketplace The plan is to smooth off the strips so I cut both sides out and then melted them back into place but further in. Mixed up some filler and off I went. Only managed to get one side part done but its looking good so far. I'm unsure on smoothing out the gap between the valance and colour coding? Do I don't I? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the texture?

New windscreen is getting put in as we speak then hopefully time for a clean and some new higher quality pictures instead of the old blackberry

I agree with blockhead I wouldn't go any bigger than 15s and get it nice and low

Sorry I can't quote on my phone but @silver here's two driveways close by with the stones on and there's quite a few scattered over the road, no grass has been cut but I did also think its a bit much damage for kids just throwing unless there catapulted haha. I also though of cars firing them up but nothing can go fast enough on that bit of the road. Plus there's no new stone chips to the bumper or bonnet, just the screen

Well this weekend me and my girlfriend went off to Alton towers. we went in her SportKa and left the Arosa at her house. as her parents are also away for two weeks on a cruise I upgraded from my usual parking on the side of the road to the drive thinking it would be safer. so up she went backed up onto the drive gave her a little kiss good night and left her like this (Saturday).... Two days later (Monday night) we returned from a good weekend away got in the house and went to bed. woke up Tuesday morning went to hop in the arosa to go to the shop to get a few things to find this.... At first I thought stone chips, but how as they weren't there when we left on Saturday as id just washed my car and would have noticed, so i looked closer at the windscreen to find this.... At first I though maybe someone had tried to get the screen out but looking closely in the seals there was little fragments of stones the same colour as the ones on her neighbours driveway. all I can think of is some kids have been throwing stones and had a good go at my screen. gutted to say the least as its more expense I shouldn't have to pay

Got my new wheels on sunday and i love them porsche teledials 15x7 on 165/50/15's when i first got them on they were rubbing quite alot so had to do a little bit of arch work but now there spot on.

ok so i havent updated my thread in a while and quite a bit has changed since my last update so here it goes. first new thing i got was a debadged front grill. then i got hold of some ta technix coilovers from adr1ch and a stubby aerial from the trust ebay. fit them and now i think the car looks a whole lot better i was also sick of the grey interior so got some autosmart carpet dye and dyed the carpets and also painted my headliner now the interior is a million times better. just waiting now for my Porsche teledials pics to follow black carpets: black headliner: With seats back in: little pic of mine and my brothers st Lowered: Now im just in desperate need of some gti sun visors and grab handles thanks for looking
