The difference between UK and Holland is the size of the country. As Holland is a small country, it's easier to organise such of tours. But one thing I have to admit. The projectcars in the UK are better looking than the cars in the Netherlands. It lives more in the UK than the Netherlands. Also you have the PVW magazine. In the Netherlands we don't have such things..

Tried e-bay?..I think there are a lot of yellow bulbs that you can get.

Thanks..! The rearlights I first did it with Motip Backlightspray. However this was not black enough as you saw the red in it. After that I have done it with Motip matt black spray. Much better, but not legal Also we had last sunday the clubmeeting in the Netherlands. Please find the following movie that our clubowner has made:
