Frutte Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 Got the comfort flasher kit from the local volkswagen dealer, after reding the how to thread.But the colors of the wires included in the kit doesent seem to mach the wire color in the tread.The colors ive got: brown white green green/white black/whiteCan someone help me figure out what goes to where?Took some pictures of the wires and the relay. Hipwell Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 The coloured wires you have on the flasher kit will probably just match up to the same coloured wires on the loom for the hazard light switch.Brown to BrownWhite to White etc.But to be sure, check the terminal numbers for the new relayThis is what it should be with the correct wires...Brown (31) > Brown (31)Black/White (15) > Black/Grey (75a)Green/White (49a) > Black/Yellow (49a)Green (49R) > Black/GreenWhite (49L) > Black/White (L)So check on the new relay plug which terminal each colour wire goes to..Brown should go to 31Black/White to 75aGreen/White 49aGreenWhite to LIs the last bit correct for you wiring loom you have?
