Hi Peeps,

Just thought is say hello from Sunny Costa-del-Newcastle.

While i dont currently own a VW/Seat, i am currently trying to persuade the OH that a little 1.4TDI Seat arosa will be the best second car

for us.

And something better for me to play with than spending £££££'s doing it to the insignia (A good custom remap is looking to be the wrong side of £500, but does have the potential to put the BHP the right side of 200  )

Just thought is sign up so that i can have a good browse through the forums for ideas as I WILL GET MY WAY!!!!

hahah Rich, sounds like you have yourself a reputation!! all jokes aside the car you have may be a little out of our budget, we are just waiting on the final offer of the OH's insurance payout from a council van side swiping her while he was pulling from being parked on double yellows!!

The accident happend where she works which is at the local council offices (this is classed as public roads) and was all caught on CCTV

While it was not a fast inpact she had only given birth a few month prior and suffered from a condition where her pelvis had not refused after childbirth, not only that but she has a documented history of back problems that was getting better and now she is back to square 1.

At the time of the crash we were quite happy for the council to settle and just fix our car but they were the ones that wanted to go through their insurance and make sure that she was ok, more fool them as it would of only cost around £500 to fix the car.
