Nathan94 Posted September 13, 2013 Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 Coming home today and the clutch started to feel stiffer than normal, few miles on a bit of a jerk and losing power in fifth gear and starts to whine really loud. Get off the motorway and it struggles, whines and a strong smell in every gear bar fourth. Managed to limp home making awful noises, clutch is probably dead but could the gearbox be too? Nathan94 Posted October 12, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 12, 2013 Got a used box fitted in the end, but now in fifth gear the box makes a very faint whining noise.
