Lubilu
Hi All,can someone please tell me how to remove the front end of a lupo.. specifically the grille and the platic trim that runs the width of the front - around the indicators etc. I gather this cannot be removed without the bumper coming off. But i dont know how to take that off either.Thank you
Pete91
I've never taken the plastic trim bit but the bumper just get under the car and look for screws. There's a few clips that'll need undone too.For the grill just pop the bonnet and you should see straight away how it comes off.
Lubilu
I saw the top tabs for the grille, but couldnt see how it came away from the plastic trim around the indicators.
garetharosa
cant speak for loops but on the arosa theres 2 screws hiding behind the bit on the bumper where your fogs would be. thats if you fortunate enough to have them

RS6plusMTM
It will pop off no problem without removing the lower bumper on a non GTI but there's a knack to itThis is from memory, so forgive me if I miss a stepYou'll need to disconnect the indicators firstThink it's just 5 torx screws along the top, then there's 4-5 tabs along the bottom to release - a thin bladed screwdriver inserted between the front panel & top bumper should release them if you know where they are or if you have space you can release them from the rear (between the slam panel & radiator) - be careful not to mark your your paintwork (covering the blade with a cloth can help not to do this). As I said its a knack, I can remove mine just by removing the top as the lower tabs are worn and the whole lots just prizes off easilyYou can remove the whole front in 5-10 mins, as above 4-5 torx on the top, 2 large torx holding the lower section at the front (no 7 in pict and mounted to the upper bumper section, but there hidden , so the front indicator panel needs to be removed first to get to them) , large torx behind each of the the fog light panels (no 5 on pict), then 4-5 on each inner wing liner (no 2 in the pict). The whole lot comes off in one go and less risk to damaging the paintwork. If you behave fogs it's easier to disconnect them when the bumper is off and hanging down
