Debadging, and GTI grill..?

Both of these questions have probably been asked 100x before but:

Is there anyway of modifying a gti grill to fit a standard tdi?

Also, the rear badges - does the vw badge leave holes in the boot if taken off or is it stuck on? Probably the first knowing volkswagens!

And one last question... The seat arosa mk2 has no boot lock I've noticed... Is the boot a straight swap or are they different dimensions?

Thanks everybody I appreciate it. Sorry if they've been covered before.

GTI grill and the non-GTI grill is a different size. Nothing is impossible though if you are willing to put the work in.

VW roundel on the rear is stuck on with trim tape; however it sits in a circular recess.

MK2 Arosa boot: the S badge is the handle and if fitted, the key lock is underneath.

Boots are a straight swap.

Perfect response - cheers.

Has the gti grill swap be done before? Are there any guides on here or people that I could perhaps talk to? If its too much effort ill stick with the stock grill although the gti one would be nice.

I did think it'd sit in a recess. Always the way! -.-

And clever - like the mk5 golf then! Great use of space.

Thanks again for your help :)

Linz, no longer on here got a debadge GTI grill made up. Lots of fiddly plastic welding and then some paint to finish, so I'm sure the honeycomb could be cut out of a GTI grill and cut\fitted\plastic in place of the slats on a standard grill.
