ElZ 16v
right i own a mk1 t reg arosa 1.4 8vnormally i feel as if its slow and less responsive as the more miles it did..always used normal oil that my brother, dad, stepmum all used in there vw's in the past week i put some castrol high mileage (75k+) my arosa is on 93k..and today i drove spiritedly on the way home and it seemed a vast improvement but how can oil make that much difference?! cheers
