smnanthny Posted June 14, 2012 Report Share Posted June 14, 2012 I don't think it's that difficult, wrapped a few small parts myself. Make sure you use a source of heat (a heat gun is preferable) and don't stretch it too far. Work from the center out so you avoid any air bubbles. If you do get a little one, you can make a little hole with a pin to let the air out and then flatten the vinyl. I think you should start on the flat surface and stretch the vinyl around any corners. I've seen some light lubrication used for getting the positioning right an then squeegeed out from the center but not sure how common that is.
