seat arosa. how much is it worth?

hi

needing a little help as i'm having to put my 1 litre arosa up for sale next month due to needing a bigger car as i am pregnant but have no idea how much to put it up for.

02 plate

low milage - 52000 (will go up due to still using it)

just put 6 months tax on her

recently been serviced

not sure when mot is due will have to find paperwork

2 new tyres at the front and backs are like new

lowered 60mm all round

15" lenso rs5's

remus back box

bonnet bra

very well looked after.

if anyone can give me a guide price that would be great.

Parkers.co.uk suggests £1005 for a private sale but that is for an average mileage of 92,000. Yours has 40,000 miles less so is worth more.

I would ask £1195 and hope to get something over £1000. If the alloy wheels are particularly sought after you may want to ask a little more.

Be prepared for buyers to try to knock your price down if the remaining MOT is short or if the cam belt hasn't yet been replaced.

I'd say put it up for £1500 and be prepared to drop to around £1100.

You may be better putting it back to standard and selling the wheels and springs separately. 1.0L is going to attract new drivers who cannot afford to insure mod's yet, or sensible people who don't want it modified. I wouldn't drop the price though.
