north wales loop Posted October 8, 2011 Report Share Posted October 8, 2011 my brothers lupo is playing up,its something to do with the relay pannel.... seems that its an intermitant fault that causes fuel fump not to work, could be driving along just fine and the car cuts out, gives the under dash a good slap and it runs just fine. any ideas? Rich Posted October 9, 2011 Report Share Posted October 9, 2011 Relays are easy to change.You unscrew the fusebox, yank it down from underneath and pay a ten year old child to reach through and change it. They generally work for cigarettes. OP homo, your problem is liable to be the pins on the back, remove the whole undertray so you can get access properly, pop the relays out and check the pins haven't started slightly coming out the back on the relay plugs.
