Joe_g
Hi, i'm new to this forum, and after picking a Lupo up yesterday for the other half as a cheap runaround, we've had a problem already. The third gear crunches when selecting, clutch all the way down, even on a gentle shift. It selects fine once its in, but its a sharp grind noise for a very short time.It didnt do it on the test drive, but about 10 minutes into the journey home, it started.I changed the gearbox oil tonight, no noticeable bits of metal, and ive checked the linkages inder the car, and under the gear gator, but nothing mega noticeable..Any ideas on this? The other halves quite worried.

Joe_g
Youre a bit far from me though unfortunatley, how much are you looking for it?Got one reserved at a local place for £150 with warranty. The seller gave me £200 back as a contribution to the repairs. Took a bit of doing, but the happy at that. How hard are they to change on these things then?
