MF39 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 So i think when my cars clutch has been done the garage put the earth bolt in the wrong position where abouts does the big fat wire that goes from the battery connector bolt to? if anyone has pictures to show or a good description would be great, i think the coil pack has gone or the alternator or its just the earth because the coil pack wire is melting when im trying to start my car, i bought a new battery so its not that, going to take it to the garage and get a auto electrition to have a look but ye if anyone knows where the main big earth is meant to be bolted to i can do that and see if it is that or not before i waist £40 an hour on a auto electrition thank you Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
