rock_like_richard Posted April 13, 2011 Report Share Posted April 13, 2011 (edited) Well, I've now had this car for about a year and a half, after having to sell my 1992 Mini Cooper..After the first service costing far too much, new exhaust and brakes etc, I decided to start buying bits for it. So I've just finished with the main 'modifications' so have started this build thread. As I'm sure there is more to come. Started with the simple stuff: - De-badged and De-wipered the rear- Small Aerial - And Diy Vinyled the roof. Not the best but it'll do for now. Roof Rack testing, Have bought lupo lights to replace these, just need to fit them.Then it was onto the coilovers, a lot trickier to fit than i first expected. Every single bolt was seized and nothing was easy. With 15*7 Compomotive CXR with the adjusters out of the back and the front wound nearly all the way down. Slight scrubbing issues on the front so I'm in the need of some arch rolling. Pretty much where I am right now.
