Asbo Posted April 2, 2011 Report Share Posted April 2, 2011 Realistically though, you dont get the same amount of travel in the shock when your lupo (or nova or corsa ) is 'decked'. Surely this hampers handling and grip is lost because the shocks won't rebound as quickly?Jake.On standard shocks yea.. however you'd be a tool to drop a car over 35mm without uprating the shocks to shorter ones... Plus theres the fact of bumpstops you can trim etc...Ive had plenty of cars in the years to realise that running low doesnt effect the performance, unless you bottom out on the stops... but theres a level of practicallity and looks... however were talking about removing the cups, so none of the above really means much...
