Rudaz
Hi, I have a set of 944 seats that I have recently fitted in my GTI but am not 100% happy with how they are fitted and I know it is possible to use lupo/arosa bases so the seats are sat in the existing runners. I have done a few searches over a period of time but not really found what I need. I would like to know what parts off the runners/bases I need and what I don't. Is it relativly easy to do at home? If not where would be a good place to go? Would any lupo arose seats work or are some not compatible? Really any advice would be helpful!! If anyone has done this pics would be really really helpful to me, doesn't really need to be porsche seats. Once again thanks! I might buy ppl who help me a pint at ultimate dubs Danny
Mitchell
the lupo base needs to be cut off in 3 places so you end up with a --| shaped piece , the part where the centre ruuner bolts in to the floor runs back to a cross section that in turn drops off to the rear floor mount's. with this section off look to make a frame for the porsche base and weld together, Edited February 6, 2011 by Mitchell
