Golf+sezza
Hi there,I've now lowered my Lupo GTI and need to get it 4-wheel aligned to sort out tracking and camber settings properly. Can't afford VW main dealer prices - from £150!!!!Can anyone recommend an independent specialist or tyre place in Kent that they've used? Thanks Sezza
jamiea7x
the rear isnt adjustable, so you dont need 4 wheel alignment
Golf+sezza
In that case then, it just needs the front steering geometry to be aligned, e.g tracking and camber... have a feeling laser alignment would be better...
nfbr
4-Wheel Laser Alignment doesn't necessarily mean adjusting all four wheels. On a 2WD Car with Fixed Rear axle, it means Matching the Front wheels alignment to that of the rear. You still have to set up the gear onto the rear wheels before you can begin setting up the front Toe/Camber/Caster angles.
