Mike_M Posted September 15, 2010 Report Share Posted September 15, 2010 Time, effort and a decent borrowed sewing machine.I got a spare set of rears from the breakers as did not want to mess my original GTI seats..............took them apart to get the frames and then modified the golf foams to fit the frames correctly.Once that was done I started on the covers, unstitching panels that had slits in them to replace with some excess/spare cloth from the large seat as they are 60/40.the smaller 40% seat needed the least modding to fitThe cloth version will be easier to work with.
