All depends on how low you are, look at my build thread, the RC's are 7.5J ET35, I'm going to space the rears 20mm, the arches need rolling first. Fronts are spaced 5mm without issues, but I'm not that low.

195/40/16 tyres, even they look a little small, 195/45 would fill the arches better, but 195/40 is more accurate for the speedo. 165/40 might be stretched, but will look silly.
