Tallika_Fan
Has anyone recently updated their iPhone to the latest software version 3.1.3?Since i have done this i have lost my ringtone i'd transfered, itunes still sees it under iphone > ringtones, though normal itunes (music, films, tv broadcasts etc) i have lost ringtones.Anyone know if i can get custom ringtones to play again? pro3mark
Mine cocked up a lot of things, went into the updates on the app store, and it worked fine after that.
Nicki
Is your custom ringtone less than 30 seconds long and in an m4r format?I updated mine last night without any problems at all - my custom ringtone is still there and still working. Tallika_Fan
Yeah its a strange one, i got the ringtone view back (forgot that it was in the itunes preferences) though synced it again with the ringtones. Nothing.Though i downloaded the iringer that Lal posted, imported the very same ringtone that i had been using, exported it to the itunes library and lo and behold, it synced it.Strange goings on. Just another reason i don't like itunes. though i love (most) of the iphone.Cheers peoples.
