Max
Now that the warrantys up meant i could take the beloved to someone I trust rather than VW muppets. Theres a VW/Audi specialist garage nearby run by a guy on his own. Nice chap, very knowledable and has been recommended by a few people. Finally, I dont have to deal with VW's incompatance!50K service, checked a few other bits i asked him to- £65 bargain!

zippy
Good stuff!Theres a place like that up here, cant wait til Lupo's out of warranty so I can use them.I imagine they're likely to know as much, if not more than the spotty VW monkeys at the stealers up here. What will I pick... £65 & someone I'd trust, or £190 for some plukey git to change my oil & thrash my car on his lunch break? hmmmmm... Real simple thing to do with the battery, i'll show you at the weekend. He even shook my mats out and wiped the dust off my dash!
