Door_1980 Posted March 22, 2009 Report Share Posted March 22, 2009 Hi guys what a lovely sunny day Noticed a couple of days ago the external aerial had black tape wrapped around it so decided to buy a nex external aerial expecting when the worst when removing the tape.Well, removed the tape and its in a bit of a mess the old aerial. Tried to unscrew the aerial and it unscrews to a point and then it just doesnt seem to be unscrewing no matter how much you turn. Silver! Posted May 12, 2009 Report Share Posted May 12, 2009 Small flexible washer for security on the bottom of the thread. Unscrew aerial until it goes loose and then hold the base whilst pulling the aerial.The washer will pop out of the fixing hole and the aerial will be free.
