Fitting a badgeless grill

Bend it forward very carefully is what i did, and use torx bits if you have them... screwdriver would probably just round them off and then it'll be hell getting it off with out snapping it all. I managed to get my grille out like that and nothings broken =D

Use a star screwdriver bit. I did mine this weekend. Undo the two screws on top and take the bottom grille piece off. I had to take the indicators off too because there's a clip on my new grille that slots in there. The rest are normal clips you can just pull out/push in.

Not meaning to hi-jack your thread or anything but this may help you also. Has anyone else had trouble fitting that semi circular bonnet piece? I really don't think mine fits. Any ideas/suggestions on how to make it look half decent before I get it smoothed and sprayed?
