Snoopy
They stop working if you're running out of windscreen washer fluid - top it up and then try. They're mechanically driven, so apart from getting stuck there's not much that can go wrong with them. tdwindustries
I have noticed that it doesnt do it every time you wash the screen i.e. if you wash screen, then 10 secs later do it again the head light washers wont work the second time .... well thats what happens on mine
dazraz_uk
ooohhhhh i see well ill check my fluid levels when i get out of work (booorrrreeeeeddddd). Thanks for the advice guys, what brand of washer fluid does everyone use? VW gave me the yarn that any fluid other than their own will clog the jets!!!
tdwindustries
currently what Shell had when i needed some to clean crap off my screen, dont think it blocks the jets but probably does untold damage to paint work

M1 Lupo
Si, you are a star! I always keep the reservoir half full to save weight, thought the headlight washers had packed up last night. Just checked and the res was 1/4 full. Topped it up and the Xenons now get washed too style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

M1 Lupo
Well, it holds 7 kg's worth of water. If the car can be 3.5kg lighter why not?
