Tigz™ Posted July 7, 2004 Report Share Posted July 7, 2004 That could just be down to the bodyshop who painted it though Matt, Ive sseen some really great `re-sprays` done cheep by a fantastic bodyshop that looks better than others that have used fancy paint.If your gonna get it done Sam, make sure you see a car the body shop has painted. Crusoe Posted July 7, 2004 Report Share Posted July 7, 2004 doesn't matter what paint you use if the preparation isn't right. Need to get it stripped back and smoothed down before they go near it with any undercoats, worth paying for a few more layers of top coat lacquer if you can afford it to help protect the finish too.
