Fran Posted October 2, 2003 Report Share Posted October 2, 2003 err my loopy is making a very worrying kinda 'whining' noise whilst accelerating, coming down through the gears and when at a constant speed in 6th.checked the fanbelt, oil, and there seem to be no probs. anyone got any idea at all? Blackrat Posted October 2, 2003 Report Share Posted October 2, 2003 erm yea thats the first thing id do, if you have turned up the gain on your amps it might pick up electrical noise off the alternator.try disconnecting the amp(s) and take it for a spin...do you know where the whine is coming from ?
