Thx for all the answers I haven't decided what speakers I would go for depends I suppose on what Vw charge for the door cards.

Depending upon that I'm looking at Alpine MRPF240 or Alpine MRPT220 one 2ch and other 4ch. I would only get amp if I decided to fit rears tho cos my sony head unit sounded alright powering 4 speakers before just makes it easier to wire up although I won't B doing it

I can even see room to fit an amp sad.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

Thats the best idea. Thats how i started, upgrade the front components and fill the boot with bass. biggrin.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

As far as a balanced system goes, this will sound pretty good. I only put rear speakers in for extra volume at cruises and shows. Its cool though, vocalls are crystal clear even with the bass doing its best to collapse a lung. biggrin.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
