  3. Thx for all the answers I haven't decided what speakers I would go for depends I suppose on what Vw charge for the door cards. Depending upon that I'm looking at Alpine MRPF240 or Alpine MRPT220 one 2ch and other 4ch. I would only get amp if I decided to fit rears tho cos my sony head unit sounded alright powering 4 speakers before just makes it easier to wire up although I won't B doing it I can even see room to fit an amp style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
  4. Just wanted to know if any one has sucessful fitted an amp to there 1.4S version? Also has anyone added rear speakers to it? as I'm thinking of getting an amp and couple more speakers and buying Gti rear door cards to fit them onto what size are the rear in GTi? Cheers
  5. have you kept the original speakers in the car? Did you actually put the dynamat on the card or metal of the door? thx in advance!!
  6. You can get adapters to add 17cm speakers thats what I have done although I am going to be using original tweeters to save messing about style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  7. I have a lupo and want to fit some alpine speakers in the front have all the necessary adapters but how do you remove the original speakers without damaging them is there a special tool ? ???
