ArosaMB
Hi All, Looking for help, please! I have a Seat Arosa 1.4S Automatic 57K Miles,FSH, which has a gearbox issue. It was slow to change up, particularly on harsher accelearation, sometimes changing into neutral - if you lift off it would usually change, sometimes with a 'clunk. Have changed the mechatronic unit, (for an unused, boxed, OEM one - correct serial No for the car). Have also changed the gearbox speed sensor, drained and replaced the ATF with dealer spec fluid. Has improved the situation, but not wholly cured. Am out of ideas, so asking the experts - any thoughts? Thanks folks. P.S. ....or anyone have a good box for sale? ArosaMB
Thanks for your reply. Don't know, sorry, but can ask. Work was carried out by an independent Seat specialist. Even he's now scratching his head!
